Based on e-commerce platform, through Ranch Market, Farmers Market, The Gourmet by Ranch Market, Day 2 Day by Farmers Market, we offer online shopping experience that are convenient, user friendly, vast selection of fresh products with best quality ranging from meat, fish, chicken, including imported and local goods.

 

How do I shop in GetMyStore.com?

Shopping with GetMyStore.com is very easy through these 4 steps:

  1. Choose your preferred store between Ranch Market, Farmers Market, The Gourmet by Ranch Market, Day 2 Day by Farmers Market and your preferred product.
  2. After you finished listing the product you need to purchase, you can click shopping cart symbol and details of your purchase will be displayed, you will need to confirm it and click “Process to Checkout”.
  3. Choose your preferred delivery and payment method.
  4. Sit back and let us deliver it to you!
Would the weight of fresh product in my order gonna be the same with the product that I received?

We strive to give the same weight to the product you ordered, but there is also a possibility if the weight of products you receive will be more/less than the weight stated in GetMyStore.com. This condition only applies to fruit, meat, vegetables and cheese products.

 

How long we should wait for an item to be ready if it’s “out of stock” ?

If this issue happened in our online store, we will immediately inform our supplier and the item will soon be added. But, while we can only track number of items purchased online, we cannot track number of items in our store that is picked by our customer. Therefore we will inform you if there are goods that appear "out of stock" in our store after you purchased it online. We would give you 2 options, either a replacement with a similar product or another product of equal value / similar, or give you the option to cancel the order.

Is there any minimum purchase for credit card payment?

The minimum purchase for credit card payment is Rp 100,000.

Is there any minimum purchase for manual bank transfer payment?

The minimum purchase for Manual Bank Transfer payment is Rp 10,000. Manual Bank Transfer payment method doesn’t valid during Weekend (Friday until 05.00pm, Saturday and Sunday) and Public Holidays. Bank account name for manual bank transfer must be the same as the name written at GetMyStore.com account name.

Is there any minimum purchase for Payment on Delivery?

There are two conditions of minimum purchase for Payment on Delivery:

  1. Minimum purchase using credit card payment is Rp 100,000.
  2. Minimum purchase using debit card payment is Rp 10,000.
Why there is no Payment on Delivery option when I choose Regular Delivery?

Currently, Payment on Delivery only valid for Express Delivery.

Is there any maximum weight to do the delivery?

The maximum weight in one shipment by our delivery courier is 20kg. If your purchase has more than 20kg, we will send it in several times.

How do I check the status of my order ?

You will get notified when your order is packed, on its way and when it’s almost arrived. Remember to turn on your push notification in your phone settings. You can also go to “My Order Status” to check on the status.

How do I make a change to my order?

How do I cancel my order?

Currently, you can’t cancel an order if the transaction and payment process already done. If you need any assistance you can reach our Customer Service by email at [email protected] or call us at 0215813999 (08.00am to 09.00pm).

How do I report a problem with my order ?

How do I get my receipt ?

You will receive your receipt by e-mail after the delivery is done.

How do I return items?
  1. If there is something wrong with your order, such as a missing item or an incorrect item, you can reject the items when our courier arrives at your doorstep.
  2. Our Customer Service will contact you for refund information. If your refund is less than Rp 10,000, the refund will be given in the form of store credit.

Make sure to check the items you received match with your invoice during the submission process. You can’t return the items if you found anything wrong after our courier leaves.

Who will select my items?

Your groceries will be selected by trained Personal Shoppers.

Who will deliver my order?

Your orders will be delivered by trained delivery drivers.

How is the process of refund?

If there is any problem with your order and we have dealt to return your money, your money will be return in maximum 14 work days with credit card payment method or in maximum 14 work days with transfer transaction by debit card.

Why does the refund I receive is not full?

If you shop with a voucher and make an order that reaches the voucher's minimum spend (ex: Rp 50,000 voucher with minimum spend of Rp 250,000) then a refund occurs, so the refund will be calculated as total order x discount percentage. Ex: Your order is having a Rp 50,000 out of stock, so the total of the refund you are getting is Rp 200,000 x 20% = Rp 40,000.

Terms and conditions above do not apply to orders that have exceeded the voucher's minimum spend.
